I have been a faithful client of Sig for over 50 years. I currently own the newly purchased P365XL NRA Model (which is the weapon that I have the complaint regarding) a P320 Compact in 45 ACP and a P320 X Five in 9mm.
Prior to contacting "Pissed Consumer" I sent emails to Sig Saur detailing my relationship of the past 50 years with Sig and my request for consideration of my complaint - When I purchased the P365 XL NRA Model the weapon was supposed to come with 2 - 12 round mags and i - 15 round mag. When I picked the weapon up from Range USA they told me I only get the 2 -12 round mags and that I would have to get in touch with Sig regarding the 15 round mag because of a new law prohibiting the 15 round mag in Illinois.
After a month with no response from Sig - I contacted Pissed Consumer - with brings us up to date.
This is the only time in over fifty years that I have made a complaint to Sig.
I have NOT been contacted by Sig which is aggravating as well as disappointing.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. letter to CEO, copying entire executive staff
i was charged $117.21
when the order arrived, i found that she shipped the incorrect mag so i requested a return label, which was provided. A credit on my account appeared a few weeks later, but not for the full amount - I was credited $106.60.
When i called to complain, Tim told me that the system will not allow them to credit tax or shipping. Complete BS!
Tim said he would have Erin investigate and process a manual additional credit of $10.61 that may take up to 30 days to process.
I have provided this complaint info to everyone on my email contact list, and will also file with BBB.

I called customer service to place an order for 2 extra mags for my P365. I gave CS rep Erin the serial number of my pistol to ensure that she would ship the correct item.
When the order arrived, they had shipped the wrong item.
I called to request a return / exchange and was told that the item i wanted was not yet available and they would issue a credit instead.
I returned the product using the prepaid labels provided; but a few weeks later i did not receive a full credit.
When I called CS to complain i was informed by Tim that their system does not allow them to credit money for taxes or shipping.
CS gives no acknowledgement or cares if the error was Sig Sauer CS.
Tim said he would have Erin investigate and issue an additional manual credit of $10.65 - but this could take up to 30 days.
Terrible company policy. Can't believe they think this is acceptable way to treat customers.
