So I have been dealing with Dave Domin Sr. Customer Service Representative in replacing my Romeo Zero elite with a RomeoX red dot. I returned the Romeo Zero elite on 12/29/23 and today is 01/12/24 all I have to show for all this is pathetic excuses on why I dont have the new red dot as promised, I did ask for a refund and I finally heard back it will take 10-14 days, and that was it, no apologies no explanations, nothing, *** pathetic. Holosun will be getting my business now. Doesnt SIG read theses reviews? Looks like they dont care what a joke!

Aggravated & Disappointed In Sig Sauer Lack Of Customer Service

I have been a faithful client of Sig for over 50 years. I currently own the newly purchased P365XL NRA Model (which is the weapon that I have the complaint regarding) a P320 Compact in 45 ACP and a P320 X Five in 9mm.

Prior to contacting "Pissed Consumer" I sent emails to Sig Saur detailing my relationship of the past 50 years with Sig and my request for consideration of my complaint - When I purchased the P365 XL NRA Model the weapon was supposed to come with 2 - 12 round mags and i - 15 round mag. When I picked the weapon up from Range USA they told me I only get the 2 -12 round mags and that I would have to get in touch with Sig regarding the 15 round mag because of a new law prohibiting the 15 round mag in Illinois.

After a month with no response from Sig - I contacted Pissed Consumer - with brings us up to date.

This is the only time in over fifty years that I have made a complaint to Sig.

I have NOT been contacted by Sig which is aggravating as well as disappointing.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. letter to CEO, copying entire executive staff

I called customer service to order 2 extra mags for my P365. I gave the Erin the serial number of my pistol so she could order the correct mag.

i was charged $117.21
when the order arrived, i found that she shipped the incorrect mag so i requested a return label, which was provided. A credit on my account appeared a few weeks later, but not for the full amount - I was credited $106.60.

When i called to complain, Tim told me that the system will not allow them to credit tax or shipping. Complete BS!
Tim said he would have Erin investigate and process a manual additional credit of $10.61 that may take up to 30 days to process.
I have provided this complaint info to everyone on my email contact list, and will also file with BBB.

Forget the BBB ; as useless as spitting into the wind. Privately owned, no authority ; a large, bloated phony urban reputation. Merchants laugh at the sound of their name.

The sight on my gun fell off p320

I was at the range shooting my P320 Wilson combat and the red site fell off. I called sigsauer and they told me to call Wilson combat. I called Wilson combat at least 10 times and it always says theyre closed in the middle of business hours. I dont know what to do.

Shipped wrong product / did not refund me 100% when returned

I called customer service to place an order for 2 extra mags for my P365. I gave CS rep Erin the serial number of my pistol to ensure that she would ship the correct item.

When the order arrived, they had shipped the wrong item.

I called to request a return / exchange and was told that the item i wanted was not yet available and they would issue a credit instead.

I returned the product using the prepaid labels provided; but a few weeks later i did not receive a full credit.

When I called CS to complain i was informed by Tim that their system does not allow them to credit money for taxes or shipping.

CS gives no acknowledgement or cares if the error was Sig Sauer CS.

Tim said he would have Erin investigate and issue an additional manual credit of $10.65 - but this could take up to 30 days.

Terrible company policy. Can't believe they think this is acceptable way to treat customers.

Warranty period for romeo 7

Trying to find out about the warranty on the romeo 7s. Dont know what is considered electro optic. Im assuming its 5 years from date of manufacture. Im going to look real hard at Vortex as they have unconditional lifetime warranty. I dont need to be replacing my red dot every 5 years

Call to get some information on a magazine for my P3 20 customer service representative was very good. I just wish they would have some more discounts and sales on products. Other than that its a great company and a great product.

My Romeo elite was sent in for repair or replace and my dealer was told can not find info or part, poor customer service. love Sig firearms have 4 but cust service is very lacking

Sight failure, returned for evaNone as have never experienced any problems in pastl, has been there for several weeks should have repaired or replaced by now as gun and sight were new.

Trying to diagnose leak in co2 mcx need to know if it's on warranty

leaks where the co2 threaded tube is properly screwes into gun it leaks rigid away as soon as seal on the top of threaded co2 punctures the seal. i've wasted a lot of money on co2 because i don't want to open the rifle up can you help please

Windage and elevation adjustment were not working. Red dot windage failed to adjust to show any correction to the right or left.. The elevation to elevate the red dot up or down locked up and I could not make any adjustment.
