Wrong optic mount bolts

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Customer service was very helpful, problem was mine, as needed to mount Romeo 1 pro, not Romeo 1. Would have been helpful if docs with pro cut slide boldly stated which optic was required.

P-938 cannot get slide onto frame properly

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I bought a P-938 about a year ago. Shot it at range once, cleaned it up and put it away.

Just took it apart again and in the process of re-assembly, cannot get the slide back onto the frame. Called their 603-610-**** number for help. After being on hold a considerable amount of time a female employee answered. I described my problem.

She ascertained that the guide rod assembly was in properly and said she had no idea what the problem was and that I had two options. I could send the gun in and they will fix it for me or take it to a local gunsmith. I need to know how to fix the problem for myself so sending it in is just stupid. Finding a competent smith and paying him to fix it will be costly, bothersome, and involve travel I do not wish to make.

I asked her if I could speak with one of their gunsmiths and she said there was no phone where they are.

I feel sure this is a fairly common problem but Sig could not help me. I thanked her "for nothing" and hung up.

This kind of customer "service" is worthless.

i ordered a p320 compact from Lawmens in N.C back in the begining of oct 2020.....they have pushed my order back, over and over, now they are telling me 5 to 6 more months because they can not get inventory shipped to them. i find this not very professional ......because i live in N.J its a balancing act to time your firearm permit with purchase....the 5 to 6 waiting period for back order put me way outside this window

(0) zero communication from sig saur

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I just submitted a simple question...I have a lima 365 sig saur 365 red lazer that worked when I first bought it. The light went out and no big deal, I changed the battery and it was fine, however it quit again so I bought another battery but this time it didn't work.

Bought one more battery and this time it didn't work. I e-mailed sig saur over a week ago and now 3 or 4 times. I can't believe they haven't responded. I have received messages from pissed off.com actually where they are trying to get someone to answer but that hasn't happened either.

I am beyond being pissed off, this is quite ridiculous. I've been buying dozens of things on line and even buying a $2.00 item there are many people trying to help make things better. NOT SIG SAUR. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

I AM SERIOUSLY THINKING ABOUT THROWING THE LAZER AWAY AND SELLING MY SIG GUNS. PITIFUL AND NOT CARING IS LITERALLY POOR BUSINESS AT BEST.

THERE IS NOTHING ELSE I WILL DO. AGAIN "WHY NO COMMUNICATION"

Poor product, poor gunsmiths, poor service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I purchased a Sig Sauer 1911 Emperor Scorpion Fastback Carry in .357 Sig. I am a very experienced hand gun shooter and attend classes every year. The 1911 would consistently fail to lock back on n empty magazine, even when manually manipulating the slide. My weapon was registered with Sig for the warranty. When I called Sig the first time they issued a call tag and up sold me on discounted $150 action enhancement package. I have since had to warranty the 1911 five times for the same issue as well as for junk magazines they provided which split up the back. These failures would happen concurrently within the first 250 rounds of the previous warranty service. Finally on the fifth warranty, following a year and a half of back and forth warranty evaluations I got Sig to agree to exchange the junk 1911 for another weapon from their product line. I told them I would be open to either a P220 10mm SAO or a P226 .357 Sig SAO. This was in mid June. The rep said they could a straight swap for the 226, but that Id be waiting a while or we could do the P220 and it would be prettty quick, but Id have to pay a $400 fee for it. I reluctantly agreed and sent in my pistol. After a few weeks without update I reached out to the rep who was helping me to get a status update and was told he would check into it. I got an email back a couple days later saying that they werent scheduled to do a production run of the pistol I wanted until September, but that they knew that would be a long wait so they would do a soecial run to build my gun. I had not been told this prior to sending in the faulty 1911. I told the rep that was fine, but that I had a class in August for which I would need my new pistol. He said no problem and that it wouldnt be long. Fast forward to today, its August and have been told by my rep they will not be able to get me my weapon until some time in September. No I am out $350 for a call that is held once a year and that I have been registered for since January. Dont buy anything from Sig. their QC has gone down the drain, they dont seem to value their customers and you will get nothing but runaround lip service from their so called customer service.

Extremely disappointed with sig saur

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I've tired of sending e - mails and getting (0) zero response. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen..if my needs were huge or simple like mine, it shouldn't matter but to have a large company and not have a customer service that cares is ridiculous. My son and myself have been buying these guns for a long time but never another. You better believe that social media will be filled with this extremely poor customer service at sig saur. I said before, it's amazing that I can get an answer on a $2.00 part off ebay in hours but nothing from this big company.
