SIG SAUER - Failed Customer Support
My P320c came with a #8 rear sight and a #6 front sight. The weapon grouped beautifully but was 2” low at 10 yards.
After 400 rounds of rested, concentrated shooting, I contacted Sig customer support. I mentioned that the Guys and Gals on the Sig forum we’re claiming that their p320cs came with a #8/#8 setup. I offered to exchange my #6 for a #8 (which would correct the poi) at my shipping cost. To summarize, Matt from Sig cs wanted me to send in the firearm and told me that if Sig determined the firearm was within their criteria,
I would be charged for shipping, ammo and any adjustments I needed performed.
It’s obvious to me that Matt believes this is a shooter’s issue. My 50+ years of shooting experience assured me that it is a mismatched sight pairing.
I found a #8 front sight on eBay, new, for $12 (free shipping) which was 1/3 of Sig’s price on their sight. I purchased it and am now sworn off of future Sig Sauer purchases.
Reason of review: Pricing issue.
